In order to purchase a product through befara.com you must first register as a customer by filling in the form that appears by clicking on "MyAccount" which is located just below the search field. You will receive a confirmation with all the information of your new account at the e-mail address you have indicated. After registering you will be able to purchase by adding products to the shopping cart and following the steps indicated. You will be able to register a distinct delivery and billing address, and also add any comments you consider important regarding the product or the delivery. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive confirmation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours at your e-mail address.

What happens if the product arrives in bad condition?
At BEFARA we are obsessed with working with the best suppliers. That's why we put a lot of emphasis on selecting the best carriers with whom we continue to test every day through the number of shipments we generate each month. However, despite our professionalism, it is inevitable that there is a minimal percentage of shipments damaged in transit and therefore all goods travel insured. If you receive a parcel in a bad condition, you should indicate this in the delivery note when the product arrives at your home. If you do not indicate this, the insurance will not be able to cover any damage to the product. If you indicate that the box arrived in a bad condition, the insurance will cover any damage to the product, although by the time it receives the incident, the carrier will have already left your home.
How and where can I try the products?
Befara only sells via the internet and does not have a physical shop to try the products, which is why our prices are so attractive. The withdrawal period for our customers is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Our customers can return them if they are not satisfied. Don't hesitate to try our products!
How to return a product if the customer is not satisfied? (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product during this period, as the item may depreciate in value. The return costs are the same as the delivery costs.
The customer will have to pay the shipping costs even if the cancellation of the order occurs after the goods have been shipped. To return the ordered items, Befara.co.uk will contact the customer by email or telephone. Depending on the nature of the products, the customer will have to follow the return process. We will only accept new and complete products that have not been used or unpacked (accessories, cushions, if applicable).
Any product that has been damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
Furthermore, all returned items must be previously checked by our technical and quality department in order to assess the amount due.
The aforementioned period begins on the day of receipt of the goods; this legal right of withdrawal does not have any cost except for the cost of transporting the goods, which will be charged to the customer.
We also inform you that if the customer does not want to bear the transport costs arising from the withdrawal, he/she may return the goods by his/her own means and in their original or sufficient and duly protected packaging. In this case the return is at the customer's own risk and responsibility.
Once the goods have been received at our premises and after verification, we will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as the one used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the seller does not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. How do I cancel an order?
If the order has NOT been delivered to the transport agency, no expenses will be incurred and the cancellation can be made.

In the categories of bunk beds and metal mattresses, we offer a wide range of sizes for the benefit of every customer. The bed bases, bunk beds and mattresses are available in 2 types of measurements, the "STANDARD" and the "NON STANDARD" measurements, according to the following details:

All other measures not included in the previous list are made to measure for the customer.
Therefore, in "NON STANDARD" items made to measure, cancellations are not accepted.
How is the shipment made?
The shipment is made by courier within approximately 1 to 10 days, except in some cases where it is specified differently in the product description.
All deliveries are made at street level. We advise you to check the dimensions of the gate and the lift or staircase before placing your order to ensure that the packages can pass through. In the event that you require professional help to assemble the item on the floor, please contact our customer service department so that we can provide a quote.
We aim to get all orders to their destination as quickly as possible and often manage to reduce the delivery times given. However, unfortunately, there are times when incidents can cause unforeseen delays.
We would also like to inform you that the delivery time may vary depending on the items made to measure (bed, slatted base...) or to order for hygiene reasons (mattress, pillow...)
How much does transport cost?
The delivery costs are a contribution to the postage and packing costs. When you add a product to the basket, the shipping costs are indicated and are calculated according to the weight of the package.
Availability of products
The customer agrees that Befara.co.uk will accept his order according to the available stocks as well as the stock of its suppliers and manufacturers. Befara.co.uk will do its best to meet all customer orders.
